October 13 – the devil’s holiday

At lunch, I asked the cashier if she liked Halloween and I handed her a great pumpkin tract. She said, “no, that is the devil’s holiday.” We had a short chat about how the card is actually a Gospel tract. She is a born again believer and we had a nice time of fellowship talking about the Lord Jesus for a few minutes.

October 12 – the burrito

Went to Qdoba for lunch and ordered a giant burrito. Asked the cashier if he liked Halloween and then gave him a Great Pumpkin tract.

October 11 – airport

While waiting at the airport, I handed an (NFL) Football Trivia tract to a guy that worked there. He went through each question aloud (and missed every one) including the one about what he and all players have in common. Then he looked at the back and said, “this is interesting, I’ll read the rest of this later!”

My mom, brother and sister-in-law are visiting. Walking into the hotel to meet them I saw a woman walking out with her son. So I handed her a great pumpkin tract and wished.her a happy halloween.

October 7 – lunch

Went to lunch at a Mexican restaurant. Gave a Spanish Good Person tract to the cashier. That track is not from the track club. So I put a Great Pumpkin track on the counter too!

October 6 – magazine

Put a tract in a magazine while waiting for physical therapy.

October 5 – breakfast

I met a friend for breakfast. When paying the cashier, two waiters were just hanging around with nothing to do. I asked if they like football and they both said yes. So I gave them each an Football Trivia tract which they each immediately began quizzing each other on.

The cashier got a “Who is Described by” tract (coming to the tract club next month!

I was checking in for physical therapy and gave a reject Jesus tract to one of the workers. He said thanks and started to read it. Said he would read the rest after work but thought it was neat.
