Day 150903: First Thursday Prayer

Today is the First Thursday of the month. So I started the day with a stop at City Hall for our First Thursday Prayer that we have been doing monthly since 2010. This months selected verses were from Matthew 5.

After reading much of Matthew 5 and praying for our nation, leaders and revival I was reading some other Bible passages and noticing that some people were coming to work at City Hall. I was sitting a little off to the side so they were not walking directly past me. I went over to one and tried to hand them a tract, but they rejected it. Another came and I handed him a Who is Described By tracts. I asked him if he knew who is the only person described by all the terms on the card. He took it and walked on.

After work we went to dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings and watched some football. I gave out some College Football Trivia tracts.

When I got home I had to research some things on Home Depot’s website. I decided to use the Live Chat to ask a question. After I got my question answered I thanked the agent and asked them to check out my website – www.AfterLifeCatalog.com. They asked what it was about. I told them eternal life. So they asked what they have to buy. I said nothing and told them it is about how to obtain eternal life through repentance and faith in Jesus. They thanked me for my concern for their soul!
