The Everyday Club Report – January, 2015

Happy New Year!!

2015 is here, offering more opportunities to share the Gospel! We pray that you met your goals for 2014. Please tell us your goals for the new year and leave them in your comments below the blog post. If you are new to the Everyday Club, here is a brief summary of what the club is all about: Each person can commit to however much (or little) evangelism that they want to do. This evangelism comes in the form of handing out tracts, one on one conversations, going door to door and even open air preaching. The idea is to follow the Lord’s direction and share the Gospel Everyday! At the beginning of each month, everyone leaves a comment on the Everyday Blog post about how they have done for the previous month. This is a great way to encourage each other! Read about how the Everyday Club began here

If one of your resolutions is to witness more, you are in the right place! We encourage you to hand out tracts, reach out to souls, and be a bold witness for Jesus! On our Facebook page, daily tract challenges are posted. These are shared also on Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest.

Our new mission statement is “to equip and encourage believers in Jesus to share the Gospel. Let’s encourage each other in this great work that God has entrusted to us.
Please leave your report for December in the comments below the post. If you are new, let us know your goals. Thanks!
Have a great new year!

All For Souls,
Scott

I was able to share the Gospel at least once every day in December. I went door to door twice putting out door hangers in a neighborhood near my house. I meet three others at the mall one night and had some excellent witnessing opportunities. I got to share the Gospel with a couple of colleagues at work on Christmas Eve. And I got to witness online to a Jehovah’s Witness.

My personal evangelism goals for 2015 continue to be to share the Gospel with someone at least once every day. I intend to pick up the pace with door to door evangelism. I’d like to get out into my community at least once per week. I’d also like to get to the mall at least a couple of times per month to do some witnessing.

Had a decent month even though I was having trouble with my new medication! Out team will be back in action on the collage campus this month.
We work an area in a six mile radius with the hopes of bringing new folks into our fellowship whenever possible.

I has a great December! I was able to give out many Christmas tracts. I gave out over 50 bags with candy and tracts included, mainly at drive-thrus and to cashiers. I love tracting at Chrstmastime! I was able to witness to a couple at the laundry mat that I take care of, taking them through the Ten Commandments. Both weren’t able to say that they were saved.
This year, my goals are to give out or place 10 tracts a day and to have at least one conversation a day, Like Carl, I want to concentrate on doing more door to door witnessing. I am also praying for more divine appointments.

WOW! what a month December has been! I had a goal to get a gospel tract out placed out for someone to find each day in December and missed it by three days! Also made up some gifts with CHRISTmas gospel tracts on them and went door to door in my neighborhood giving them out! It was my first real time doing any kind of door to door evangelism and I really enjoyed it!! Also got to give a CHRISTmas gospel message in the open-air!! Planned on doing a New Year’s gospel message in the open air but the weather where I live has turned really cold, cold, cold now, but I may still get the opportunity! For January I’m planning on giving a Martin Luther King, Jr open-air gospel message on the 19th!! Also I pray that I can get more gospel tracts handed out phyiscally to people and get to do 1-2-1’s with people in this new year! God bless!!!

December was a pretty good month for me. I did a few outreaches and gave out tracts almost every day. There were a few days where I didn’t leave the house, so no evangelism was done, but all in all, a good month! Looking forward to the new semester so that I can get back to being a missionary with Christian Collegian Network at the University of Cincinnati!

Handed out tracts everyday last month. Also had a few good encounters at the bus station.
